It has chapters all over the United States. Membership in this Society is one of the highest honors a school can pay its students. The Society upholds its place as the leader of all school organiza- tions by endeavoring to instill its four principles in not only its members but the student body of the school, and by being a service organization to the school. One of its objectives is to raise money for scholarships for some of its Senior members to use toward fur- thering their education. Under the guidance of our faculty advisor, Miss T ruscott, and officers: President, Carl Borchertg Vice -Presidentjohn Phaleng Sec- retary, Dorothy I-Ialmg and Treasurer, Frank Rigag the Amana Chapter has studied to fulfill its responsibilities and aims. We are proud to be of service to the student body, our school, and the community. 58
