For most girls it is regarded as compan- ionship, activities, and enjoyment. The ultimate results of these include development of personality, ability to subordinate selfish interests to the interests of the group, loyalty to classmatesg the school, and to one's own ideals and purposes, interest in the welfare of allg best use of one's own abilities, and ability to sacrifice immediate pleasure to future good. Many successful functions such as Mom-Daughter Banquet, Dads' Night, Christmas Drive, Tolo, Girls' Club Week and numerous others have been sponsored successfully by girls actively participating in the phase which appealed to them most. As we go our separate ways through life, we feel We have given something of ourselves to each other. Neither time nor distance will take away the influence left by the warm traits of personality and comradeship, nor lessen the pleasant memories of joys and happiness we have shared together. To all who have made this year a successful one Girls' Club expresses its thanks. To Mrs. Olsen, the mother of our tribe, we extend our deepest appreciation for her part in making our club a success. Duty inspires one to do a job well, but love inspires one to do it beautifully. It is her love which has and will continue to carry Girls' Club through the years.
