Bruce Wehrs set a new varsity record with a time of 17:03. Highpoint of the season came when the team placed third out of eight teams at Regionals. Ser1ior running back Kent Beebe aver- aged over 100 yards per game in leading the Panther attack. He was named to the All-Coulee Conference first team and also had honorable mention honors given to him on the All-Coulee Region team. Also named to the All-Coulee Conference team were Mark Dahl and Eric Ender.
