officers of the class of 1978 PRESIDENT: As presiding officer of the senior Advisory Council, Philip Kearney is responsible for the organization of all senior class activities. VICE-PRESIDENT: Bernadette Manning assists the president in all activities and is responsible for the Class Day Program. TREASURER: Angela McDole collects all senior class funds and is responsible for expenditures. SECRETARY: Nunci Deleo records the minutes of all meetings and is in charge of all correspondence and the publishing of the Senior Class Newsletter.

headmaster’s message March 31, 1978 The members of the Class of 1978 are to be congratulated for having the perseverance to finish their high school education despite the numerous changes that have taken place during the past four years. It has been said that adversity is an accepted part of living. For you to have met it at such an early age and to have successfully overcome it, augurs well for your future success. There are five guideposts that each of you can make good use of. They are not an infallible formula for “the good life”, but they will never lead you astray. They are called “the five C’s” and these C’s stand for five words: Confidence, Competence, Courtesy, Cooperation, and Control of Self. Use them as you shape and pursue your career.
