Boys BASKETBALL The reward of a thing well done is to have done it. -Coach Skwarek With nine regular varsity play- ers, only two of which were sen- iors, the West Point Cadets per- formed well. The team, coached by Ron Skwarek, was conference champ. Individual records were set. Todd Repschlaeger had the most assists in one game and made first team defense. Pat Wordekemper ABOVE: I'm taller than you, so butt out ' Fred Daugherty tries to get a rebound. RIGHT: Please go in. Todd Repschlaeger hopes for a basket. 30 Sports and Kelly Hoffman made first team offense. Next year the team should be even better as the same line-up will be on the floor, and it will be more skilled than this year. The junior varsity team, coached by Loran Erdmann, had ten players and turned out to be a surprising team. They had an even season with some upsets along the way. The freshman team, coached by Clayton Erwin, had a winning sea- son also. This year's team had more height than usual. In the Oakland tournament, the freshmen came close to winning a first place tro- phy, but had to settle for second place.
