RING-MASTERS MR. ANDREW W. LEWIS N, f'7777717rp S For the past three years, Mr. Andrew W. Lewis has been superintendent of West Pittston Public Schools. He attended East Stroudsburg High School and was graduated from East Stroudsburg State Teachers College with a B. S. degree in Education. Mr. Lewis received an M. A. degree in Education from State College, Columbia University: he also attended the graduate school of education at Lehigh University. He has taught at East Stroudsburg Senior High School and was supervising principal of Barrett Town- ship Schools for a period of years. Outside of his school activities, Mr. Lewis enjoys traveling, hunting, and fishing. With admiration and respect, the Class of 1957 gives thanks to Mr. Andrew Lewis for the assistance and understanding he has offered us. Mr. R. Chester Williams has been principal of Senior High School since 1945. He was graduated from Taylor High School and went on to receive his A. B. degree from Pennsylvania University. His hobbies include garden- ing, poultry raising, and carpentry. With much respect, the class of 1957 pays tribute to Mr. R. Chester Williams, who has competently guided us through our high school years. MR. JAMES T. AYRE MR. R. CHESTER WILLIAMS Mr. James T. Ayre, principal of Junior High School, was graduated from Coughlin High School. He received his B. S. degree from Manstield State Teachers College and his M. S. degree from Bucknell University. In ad- dition to his teaching activities, Mr. Ayre has done a capable job of coaching our high school track team. The class of 1957 is grateful to Mr. Ayre for the help he has given us through the past years, as teacher and guidance counselor. 6
