ENIDR As the school year slowly came to a close, it inevitably brought the termination of the high school career for more than 600 Seniors. The realization that they would soon depart from West High ling- ered in their minds as they went through the activities, such as final exams and the Senior Bash. Reminiscing over the many days that went so fast, they remem- bered their Freshman year. The year Mike Feeney was class Presi- dent and led them to victory in the Magazine Sale and the Home- coming Float competition. During their Sophomore year they earned S500 in the Magazine Sale and netted their goal of SL000. Not so long ago, they remember the joy of being a Junior, finally be- coming upperclassmen, and being victorious once again in the Mag- azine Sale, bringing in 3812. Ul- timately, in their fourth year they became the undisputed leaders of West High. Under the dynamic leadership of Ron Cooper, they had another successful year by finishing second in the Magazine Sale and winning the class song for Homecoming. They also net- ted S400 at the football dance of October 23. Organizing a great Senior Bash were this years Senior Class officers CL to RJ President, Ron Cooper, Vice President, Larry Siegler, Secre- tary, Kathy Janson, and Treasurer, Roger Dong. Making their last year at West their best, were the Senior Class representatives. They are front row CL to RJ Kathy Janson, Bert Villegas, Betty Wright, Patty Axe, Peggy Munn, Susan Harvey, Louann Green.
