It was a Saturday morning in early November land as these four can tellryou, it was a long morningb when the cover picture was taken. And T-Birds Ka dozen or soli from every corner of the campus gathered in the the quad. COVER Tl-lElVlE: 'Four Years of'Spirit' LOOK BACK to 1960-61 - Starry-eyed freshmen were faced with mortifying mistakes plus an end- less stream of tests. West seemed huge and overpowering but the spirit caught, as many attended games anddances. LOOK BACK to 1961-62 - For the veteran sophomores, goofs became less obvious. Friends be- gan to appear in plays, assemblies and the bands. Things cooled down some, leaving time to study C?J LOOK BACK to 1962-63 - Juniors were reviewed for college boards. A few boys ioined varsity sports squads, a few girls were selected for the Pom Pon and Cheerleading lines. All waited impa- tiently for their senior year. LOOK BACK to 1963-621 - Seniors captured top posts, crowned queens and kings, and constantly battled book work .ttf ,The 63-64 school year has come to a halt- memories lay behind - so as the future holds opportunities of college and iobs, now is the time to LOOK AHEAD!
