After a disappointing football season, the Bears will be returning with 17 Varsity players next year. This year the team had to be re-built as most of the Varsity squad graduated last year. The team was young and in- experienced this year, but the school is looking forward to a good team next year. 58 SCORES VARSITY SQUAD They We o. Name os. The students learned to complete the Voter Registration Card, and the 1040 and 1040A tax forms. They studied the Presidentis cabinet and each individual's function. American History students traced the growth and development of America through contributions made by men and women from various countries. World History classes studied the course through the Ancient, Medieval, and Modern periods. One of the outstanding features of the year is the annual John F. Kennedy Memorial Day program which has been observed by students of Jamestown since 1964. Every year students construct a model craftwork of any thing studied in the course. These projects are displayed during Public School Week. AMERICNS s CHM , I Rl S! Q K? wxiaw ga ' , 5 mum . It will be an ultra-modern, air conditioned building with carpeted floors. At present, students are waiting for the day when the building is completed and they will walk proudly through the doors of our new West Oso High School. We, at West Oso School, wish to thank each and everyone who supported our annual by buying ads from us. We want to let them know that it was their generosity that made our annual possible. Fellow students, let us thank them by going to their business and patronizing them. Thanks, The Annual Staff 108 1l edgy, 'G-Yr is tt,1 t.,yitt V f , e W' f 5,3 ,mf :ijt gil' WEST OSC?
