Homecoming In an impressive Homecoming ceremony, Aurora Amaro was crowned queen for '67 by Mr. joe Trevino, president of the school board. Beverly Jackson was first runner-up and second runner-up was Esperanza Moreno. The queenas court was presented in a horse- shoe formation made by the high school band. It included senior duchess, Encdelia Barreragjunior duchess7 Janie Cavazosg sophomore duehess, Patri- cia Bailey and freshman duchess, Janie Rojas. Master of Ceremonies was Juan Gonzalez, president of the Student Council. :let Me Call You Sweethcartw was the theme song played by the band. Students got into the spirit by a choir presentation of Christ- mas carols. The band performed by giving a concert.
