At West Muskingum, both the school and the students are progressing with the times. This means of course, a continual improvement. Therefore, the Class of '69 is the best that West has ever had. The seniors and administration have worked hard to make this a great year. We feel that we have accomplished much. The up-to-date courses of Psychology, Art, and Music Appreciation have been addedg the school is being evaluated in prepara- tion for joining the prestigious North Central Accredidation Associationsg and our football team, cheered by enthusiastic fans, won the Muskingum Valley League title. It is this school spirit that made senior girls cry at the last football pep assembly and made the boys laugh at them, while wanting to do the same thing. This spirit has bound us to Westg and it is a great feeling. So, we give to the underclass- men this spirit and the challenge and tradition to make each year better than the last. May this book be a reminder to you of this challenge. 1
