School life offers wide spectrum of octivities To offer a wider perspective in education, new courses were de- veloped to entice students to re- main in school. English modules of- fered a new course each nine weeks. Sociology let students study more about peer groups, as well as family relations. Semester craft courses in art permitted students opportunity for self expression. The smoking ring ended many years of students' complaints and days of suspensions. Yet with all teachers and adminis- trators tried to do, some students still looked for any excuse to get out of class. Hey, please, I gotta go to... Whether the restroom, library, nurse, or office, some students just had to go.
