Principal P. B. MANGUM In Wt'st Monroe High School's third year the effective leadership of P. H. Mangum. principal, and R, liraley. assistant-principal, was a decisive factor. In addition to the work required in run- ning a large school, points of school policy had to be formed. Both men showed their dedication to the teaching profession and to the im- provement of W. M. H, by leading the faculty through an evaluative study of the school. Students' schedules. the school pro- gram, and disciplinary problems were 5- R- BRALEY supervised by Mr. Braley. His efforts to set straight and advise students have won him many friends. Coordinating' the departments of W. M. H. S. into one efficient system was the chief responsibility of M1'.
