It is a creative sport which developes individual initiative, mental alertness, physical toughness, body control, courage, and physical efficiency. The competitive matches are divided into weight classifications which permit each individual to compete against an opponent of corres- ponding weight. The advisor is Mr. Blair Stewart. Junior High Basketball Team The Junior High team finished the season with an impressive nine wins and five losses. Our team also won section two honors in the Tri-County league. Our hopes for the league title were lost when we went against Wampum and found a strong section one rival. Junior High will lose through height to the Junior Varsity but will build a team around speed and ball handling for the coming year. FIRST ROW: Mr. Powell, M. Kralevich. SECOND ROW: W. Clinger, L.
