MM PRESENTING the WEST MESA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ROCKET 1958 VGQumel - v ,, ,9, M . 7x a M V A new school is a fulfillment of the dreams, plans, and labors of many interested people. From the time West Mesa Junior High became a necessity, school officials, parents, and friends have cooperated in making our hopes a reality. Begun in May, 1957, our buildings were hurried to completion in order to eliminate double sessions. In January of this year, we happily moved into our new quarters and were immediately impressed with the outstanding facilities afforded us. 9' h M V3 h vi .swmxeh Vn-JN :IIlt! umm- - 2: ., 41 $' . With our new school, we accept many responsibilities, and are determined to be worthy of the faith shown in us by the community. We will determine to learn more of life,s truths and seek to build a better America. We appreciate the graciousness of our neighbors at East Junior High in sharing their buildings with us. Our special gratitude is to our many friends in Mesa, who give us the opportunities of education - the key to our future.
