Mustang Day festivites highlight month of October Along with other activities during October was the beauty of the Mus- tang Day Assembly and the dance. This was the first year for C-team cheerleaders. Six freshmen out of twelve finalists were chosen. The Duke City Karate tournament was held in the boys' gym to raise money for the freshmen class. A pep rally one day at which the Pom Pom girls performed a routine broke the monotony of school.
