The Sirs is a club for boys only. Being in the Sirs has al- ways been an honor, but being in the Sirs does not mean all fun . This year's Sirs found themselves left with money problems that had never been solved the year be- fore. They still man- aged to get into the Christmas spirit, though, by donating two baskets of food for the needy families ofthe community. Selling concessions at ga m es was another Sirs' project. Hopeful- ly, the Sirs will con- tinue to earn money and help those who need help. S irs , 4 1 Officers: Paul Boettcher, Pat Boettcher, and Joe Walsh. Row I: S. Smith, P. Boettcher, P. Boettcher, K. Imagine spending your free time by dancing at 'football and basket- ball half-times, serving at banquets, and practicing kicks and splits . . . putting on a dance jQ'aturing the Port- land Zoo, having a baked-goods sale at the Oregon City shopping center, or selling cupcakes here at sch-ool. If you can imagine all that, you can imagine the Debutants. The Debs are the hard-working, high-kicking girls who devote their time and energy to representing West Linn. There are less than two dozen girls this year, but all have worked hard to pre- serve the Debs. Of course, participating in Debs meant you had demonstrated your ability and versatility. Then, put them into good use by dancing in the an- nual May Day dance, and by partici- pating in the many activities that make afull-fledged Debutant. 27 bs lu. l C
