Dedication Twenty-live years of service certainly deserve recognition and it is with sincerest thanks that we dedicate this, the 1954 Green and Gold to you, Mr. Frank Shipley. As a member of the School Board irom 1928 thru 1931, you served during construction oi the auditorium wing. In 1931, you resigned from the school board to take a job on the high school maintenance staff, which you performed well until 1941. when you resigned to aid the war effort by working in the shipyards. In 1942 you came back to resume maintenance work, this time at the Bolton School. In 1943, you were appointed Superintendent of Maintenance for the entire district. a position which you still hold. Students, faculty, parents, and alumni of District No. 3 all join in expressing their gratitude and appreciation for the work which you have done so well and in wishing you many, many happy years of retirement.
