West Liberty State College, caught in the long- predicted rising tide of students, was doing its best to build for the future - a future that seemed to be here already. Campus enrollment shot past the one-thousand mark. The new build- ing under construction was costing a million and a quarter dollars, but in the offices, plans were being made for other buildings to meet other needs and to serve another thousand students expected in the next decade. Yes, 1960-61 was a year to remember. It will serve as the dividing line between the old and the new West Liberty. And you were there! Lucky you! PAUL N. ELBIN, President D
