JUDITH CISZCZON, MS. Physical Ed., Girls Intramurals, Tennis 6: Badminton Teams, The girls, physical education department has started using a selec- tive program for the junior and senior levels. They are now able to choose which actvities they enjoy the most, Some of these are golf, fencing, co-ed volleyball, social dance, and slimnastics. The department is also trying to offer ice skating and outdoor educa- tion where the girls learn how to Camp in the woods. They hope to create more enthusiasm and interest in physical educa- tion through this program. The department would like to start an elective program with the junior and seniors. A barbell for weight training, floor hockey nets, and a new wrestling mat were added to the depaltmenfs equipment. These will be used for conditioning and recreation.
