Liz Pedreslal and Donna Ducay. Coneert Bands drum majors both went to camp this summer, XYhile there. they performed in the championship band. Besides leading the band in parades. they marched for six hours each day and performed at half time during the games, by directing the band. The Concert Band performed at many events this year: the Columbus Day parade, and many othersg halftime shows. basketball games. and at the grade schools. By participating in the solo and ensemble con- test. underclassmen may win music scholarships for private instruction or music camp. Concert Band at- tempted to make a spring trip, an annual event.
