Sophomore Team: ROW7 KLEFT TO RIGHTX M. Halan, F. Sullivan, M. Ginski, 1. Pochodenko, T. Plazyk, D. Schwemin. ROW 2, Coach Soph Basketball The Sophomore basketball team, coached by Phil Waddell, improved greatly over their freshman show- ing. Although they had a conference record of 4-10, and a season record of 7-14, the individual players made vast improvements on their skills. Several of the players will be playing on the varsity team next year. Mike Spejcher was the most valuable player on the team. lim Constantino was voted the most inspirational player by his teammates. Freshman I I Basketball Freshmen 'A' Basketball: ROW7 KLEFT- RIGHTJQ N. Landrum, W. Pollitt, 1. Kotlarz, M. White. ROW 2g Coach Steve Sallee, W. Pedersen, Ed Boeing, L. Zerante, T. Wrona, G. Porento. The Freshman 'A' Basketball team, coached by Ste- phen Sallee, was one of the best freshmen teams in the history of the school. The team developed the basic skills of basketball and finished with an 8-3 conference record which was a second place finish.
