The school publications is one of the most successful electives. lt contains two staffs. One, the newspaper staff see to it that the Student Body gets all the gossip as well as all the action every week and a half with The West Express . The staff includes Stacy Ford, julie Wright, Lori Brown, Mary Woodard and julie Guthrie. The other staff, the Yearbook staff, sees to it that a yearbook is pro- duced. Pictures are taken, layouts are drawn, pictures are pasted, cap- tions are written and then it's all sent off. You're looking at the finished product. The Yearbook staff includes lim Harbison, julia Summers, Emily Branscum, Lana Burgess and Paige Walters. The staffs are run mostly by their editors, however the presiding spokesman is Mr. Billy Sanders, Pub- lications sponsor. ,,
