Spanish Honor Society Membership in the Spanish Honor Society is for those students who have earned a grade of B or higher in the Spanish classes. It is a merit club and a high distinction to become a member. Every year the new members are inducted in a beautiful ceremony at the Media Center followed by a banquet for parents, students and guests. The students were commended for their outstanding performance at the Language Festival at UNO. At graduation, the members wear arm bands and a lapel pin as distinctives of the Club. They assist Los Latinos in the organizing of the Food Festival where the dishes from the various coun- tries are tasted. Mrs. Kramer is sponsor of this club.
