Q jlI!Q6?f5QCZl f On Friday, October 17, 19.58 West Jefferson's auditorium was the scene of the fourth annual Sweet heart Contest. Seventy-two lovely West Jefferson beauties entered the competition from which a sweetheart and twelve maids were chosen. The stage was beautifully decorated and the colorful plants helped add an atmosphere of splendor as each girl walked proudly on the stage. During the consultation of the judges the audi- ence was entertained by the Esquires led by Errol Dauenhouer. Cynthia Blanchard was chosen as our sweetheart and was presented with an engraved loving cup and a beautiful bouquet of American Beauty roses. Uhr
