Schlumberger. A CAPELLA CHOIR Choir's first public performance came on Sunday, December 15, for the Capitol Pageant. Traditional carols accompanied tableaux depicting the Christmas story. The Christmas program was on the following Friday, December 20, in the auditorium. After sing- ing The Angels' Song , the choir entered from the hall in a candlelit processional to the stage. Highlights of the program included Ave Marie , Carol Noel , and It's Beginning to Look Like Christmas . Iohn Rafoth played an organ accompaniment to several selections. For the Winter Concert, Sunday, April 26, the choir sang Londonderry Air , Carol of the Drum , Ride On, King Iesus , and America, Our Heritage . Lighter music was featured in the Pop Concert and program on April 25. Numbers included Zip-A- Dee-Doo-Dah , It's A Most Unusual Day , A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes , Cranberry Corners , and Tinga Layo . Lori Larson and Ieff Dean sang a duet from the Serenade from The Student Prince . Their spring repertoire for the all-city music festi-I val consisted of Sine Nomine , Wilt Thou Walk Beside Me , Elijah, Rock , Almighty God of Our Fathers , Barn Dance , and Caleno Custereme . Choir sang for Commencement on Iune 13, mark- ing the close of their 1957-1958 season. 20 CLUB BOYS' DOUBLE QUARTET This group of junior boys banded together in their freshman year. They have been singing together ever since. On December 6 the boys sang at the junior class party. The Christmas holidays found them singing at dances at the Ivy Inn, Loraine Hotel, Maple Bluff Country Club, and Nakoma School. They joined the Girls Triple Trio in singing on a number of occasions during the year, including the P.T.A. Welfare Show and a program for the South- ern Wisconsin Teachers' Convention. BOYS' QUARTET Quartet is composed of four senior boys. They began singing as a group early in the fall. Since then they have sung at all the school concerts and occasionally have sung for other functions. They practiced each Wednesday and Friday before school with Miss Huxtable. GIRLS' TRIPLE TRIO Singing echoed and reechoed through the upper corridors after school on Mondays and Wednesdays as the Girls' Triple Trio practiced. This year in addi- tion to' the regular school concerts the girls have sung at churchvservices, the' Ivy Inn, Girls' Club Tea, and caroled with the boys' double quartet during the Christmas season. The two groups also sang for a brotherhood aud program. Sara Volz was the Triple Trio's accompanist.

CAMERA CLUB Camera Club develops interest in photography through demonstrations and talks. These explain how to take better pictures, develop film, and print pictures. The club is informed on the newest advances in cameras and Hlms. The salon is the Camera Club's main project. Steve Robinson placed lirst this year. Meetings consisted of guest speakers plus a few movies. The officers were Rodney Sweet, president, Iohn Bailey, vice president, Linda McDaniels, secre- tary. Mr. Burgess is the adviser. RADIO CLUB Radio Club instructs its members in amateur radio, electronics, and codes, so that they may become qualified radio hams. The older members teach the younger members radio fundamentals so that they may be eligible to secure their licenses. The main event this year was a net. This occurs when all members talk to each other at the same time by means of short wave radio. The ofhcers were Dennis Hamill, presidentg Eric Wedell and Iohn Stiehl, program c0-chair- men: and I-Iarriet Shands, secretary. Mrs. Lugg is the adviser. RED CROSS This club aims to give high school students opportunities for participation in community wel- fare proiects, especially t'hose administered by the International Aid Program. Iunior Red Cr0ss's main project was to make yarn octopus dolls for the pediatric centers of local hospitals. Club members toured the Red Cross Blood Center.
