War and Peace Activitie As we look back on the last several years, we find that West High has compiled a record of service and loyalty to our country of which we can well be proud: 368,370.80 sold in war bonds and stamps. l,l37 grads in military service. Various paper drives, spon- sored by the Girls' Club for scholarships and by the Stud-ent Senate. 2,100 cans of food collected for UNRRA. 600 pairs of shoes collected for Norwegian Relief. Many bundles of clothes collected for Russian, Greek, and Norwegian Relief. Credit is due the Girls' Club, Girls' English Club, the Bond and Stamp Salesmen, and the Student Senate for making these projects successful. The Service Flag Committee, a group of I.
