Under the competent direction of Mr. Skomicka, the band executed many intricate formations, one featuring the popular hula hoops. We all know that half the thrill of an exciting basketball game or pep rally is the pep band pouring out Hail, Hail, the Gangs All Here. We'll all fe- member how professional the swing band sounded when they entertained at the many dances that were held at West. The Spring and Christmas concerts and the Spring Festival are the major projects of our band. They were ac- complished with great success after long hours of practice and preparation.
