One spends so much Time and eTTorT and has so many happy and sad Times in high school ThaT iT would be impossible noT To have a cerTain Teeling abouT The good old high school days. ThaT's why The Trail sTaTT has chosen a TradiTional Theme and The TradiTional school song To carry our ThaT Theme. To you, our WesT High, we owe The knowledge we have gained in Three long years OT sTudy and work. We owe a greaT deal To The adminisTraTors and counselors who have guided us and To The Teachers who have led and direcTed us in The paThways OT knowledge and learning. Our pride and our happiness, Too can mean only ore Thing-sporTs. For Three years we have Taken TirsT in TooTball and have done well in olher areas. This, indeed, is someThing To be proud and happy abouT. We'll never TorgeT Those Treezing cold nighTs OT TOoTball or ThaT baske-Tball ThaT wenT in iusT as The gun sounded To end The game. All The Triends we have known inTroduces The many Triends made during These Three years. There are Those whose memories will remain wilh us always and There are oThers wiTh whom we've been only vaguely acquainTed. AT any raTe, each of These new Triendships has caused us To become more involved wiTh mankind. And The memories ThaT linger is sTudenT liTe. Many years from now we'll probably look back To our high school days and laugh aT The ridiculous Things we did.
