Handling at- tendance. checking students in or out of school and collecting fees on books or activity tickets were iust a few of hte tasks of the office staff. In the cafeteria, nourishing and well-balanced meals were prepared for over two thousand stu- dents each day while the engineers and custo- dians kept the school neat, clean and in good running order for special activity nights. sports events and daily classes. One ot the busiest places tound was the school library, where students utilized every spare minute tor outside reading, class assign- ments, and research themes. Individual expression was the main obiective in the art department, while development ot talents both in solo and group work was stressed in music.
