FOREWORD + We have tried to make this year hook belong to and reflect not only the senior classes but the rest of th c school as well. We have done our best to make this annual dear to all of you for the memories it may convey in later years when you turn hack to it again. I HE classes of January and June, nineteen thirty, present the V, which records the activ- ities of another year in the history of West High School . . + + e who ure leaving have seen them countless times—that pink tree on the campus all abloom in spring, the delicate carvings on the study hall desks. Demosthenes and Minerva in the assembly hall, and, oh, so many others. Sounds, loo, have become as echoes within us—the familiar class gongs, the buzz in the assembly before Mr. Bennett enters, the dink- clink of Mrs. Wright’s keys, and the orchestra pealing out our Alma Mater. Call it sentiment if you will, hut we would live it all again, curse the hours of homework, tremble under the stern voice of some austere elder—yes, we would live it all just to be singing “Bradford High School in assembly again. DEDICATION + To the Faculty, who have given us so much more of themselves than just English or math or science, and particularly to our Class Advisers, who have given us more still, we dedicate this hook, hoping, in so small a way, to express our grati- tude for the help the) have given ami the interest they have shown. The ('.lasses of January ami June, 1930 Mr. El wood Burnard ORDER OF BOOK + Faculty Seniors School Literary Music Sports Ail vert isem cuts The Faculty The Faculty William M. Bkknett .
