JANUARTY CLASS IIFFICERS The January Class of 1956 was organized in the spring of ,55 with the election of rs: President, Sherwood Waltmang Vice President, Bill Spratleyg Secretary, Carol lriong Treasurer, Judy Matson. Soon after school began in the fall we held our first class meeting at which time committees were appointed and business was undertaken in earnest. An outdoor movie was sponsored at the Miles West Broad Drive-In October 6, 1955, which proved to be a financial success. Additional money was raised through the sale of name cards, invitations, and the collection of class dues. Our Mixer which provided a very gay evening was held on December 1, in room 150.2 The Senior Banquet was held on January 11, and was followed January 18 by our Senior Prom, the highlight of all our activities. Baccalaureate took place January 22, at Hoge Memorial Presbyterian Church and our Commencement followed on January 25, in our own auditorium. our class office
