age, '53 page two SEEDS OF DESTINY The bits and parts of knowledge implanted in the Cod-given soil of a young mind verily are the seeds of destiny. No work on earth can be wrought by the might of man till first, from the seed of an idea, it has been fashioned in the mind. Some minds remain but barren fields foreverg others nurture as the Mother Earth the seeds of destiny that mould the lives of millions. The -granaries of the class of '55 are builded and ready for the reaping. Our helds of grain lie golden in the summer sun. Soon we must go forth to sow our choicest seedlings upon the landscape of the world. We trust the quality of our harvest will attest with honor our labors in these fields and mark down well our gratitude for the -priceless seeds of destiny with which we depart the beloved acres of our Alma Mater.
