You need not feel that your task of carrying on the work of the school is less important than the graduates who will take their place in the world. You have not only acivancecl in gracie hut in the responsibility that your position en- tails. As under-classmen you must continue to put forth your best efforts at all times, keeping a definite purpose in minci. Very shortly you young people will he called upon to make an important decision. To the hoys there will he three alternatives offered: first, entering the armed forces ciirectiyg second, engaging in war industry or enterprise: and thirci, going on with your education. Now is the time for each of you to consider all problems seriously while you still have one or two years before you. As a member of the school administration I sincerely advise you to merit your choice carefully and wisely, not forgetting that eclucation, at least through high school, is essential to gooci living.
