Stacie dances the night away. Leah sippin' cider. Denise keeps a close watch. Hey yew country bumpkins. Sadie's 'round the bin! Grab yer favorite boyfriend and don 7 wait 'til the end! November 7th started off to a hay stack jumpin' start with an auditorium introducin' the Daisy Mae and Marry in’ Sam candidates. Bouncin’ and Behavin' Brenda Schlemmer and Dave Go Get ’Em Gunderson won. It must have been their lovely thermals and sexy freckles! Wes ties ended the day with a knee slap pin', whoopin' and yellin' time at the Sadie Hawkins Dance put on by the Highsteppers. Many sheriffs roamed in search of unlatched pairs while other couples were hitched up in the biffy. Sadiers enjoyed their dogpat-chin’ night dancin’ and goin' to the Saloon where cider and goodies were available. All agree that Sadie '80 was a success.
