1975-76 Homecoming Queen Cheryll Oliver 1975-76 HOMECOMING COURT — FIRST ROW. L. TO R.: C. Gallc, V. Nelson. A. Baron. D. Phelps. K. Malone, M. Baron. P. Sussman. SECOND ROW: F. Price. M. Kittler, M. Swanson. Freshman Ladies in Waiting Mary Birk and Mary Swanson Red, White And Beauty Hearts were pounding with excitement as students quickly filled the brightly decorated auditorium. The coronation began. The radiant homecoming court was gracefully escorted to the red, white, and blue bicentennal stage. When the tension was alsmost unbearable, the returning queen. Sue Lampson, crowned the 1975-76 Homecoming Queen — Cheryll Oliver! A burst of applause, and a standing ovation welcomed our new queen to her throne. This thrilling beginning led to a homecoming day which will never be forgotten by proud West High. 18
