OR EWORD TO BEGIN WITH ... this was our senior year, full of those anticipated moments. Remember those SCHEDULES, DEADLINES, COLLECTING and SOLICITING? All for one purpose ... to produce a '51 HESPERIAN of which we could be proud. The diversions will bring back memories ... the excitement of FALL, the START of school, the new CLASSES, FOOTBALL, class ELECTIONS and Thanksgiving VACATION. WINTER brought Christmas FESTIVITIES, crisp winter SPORTS, and much GAZING out the window wondering if the snow would ever melt . . . Finally it did and SPRING rolled around filled with tense EXCITEMENT of CLASS PLAY, BASEBALL, CLASS DAY, the sentimental job of getting the old GANG together just once more. Then the proud, wonderful evening of COMMENCEMENT.... Remember? This was OUR SENIOR YEAR.
