.A- 4 1 Q I SENICDRS ,,.4A- To the Class of '57: We began our high school education in I953 with Willard Spilman serving as president. Our freshman party, Frosty FroIics, was great fun, In I954, our class doubled in size, but the job of being president wasn't too big for Pat Capra. Peppermint Paradise was rated a great success.. Our junior year saw the class of '57 being first and best in every activity, We won the field events an Color Day, and elected a junior King and Queen. We won, for the third time, the PTA attendance contest, Our very special first was presenting the first Junior Prom at West High, La Danse d' Amour. These achievements bespealc of our leader, Eadie Spiller. Our final year has provided us with, perhaps, our dearest experiences for they were to be our last ones here. The Junior-Senior picnic, Homecoming, the class play, The many successful events for the Senior Class were planned and directed by Carol presidentg Doris Foster, president, Mrs. Brown, sponsor, Judee Durham, secretary. PTA night - each wonderful event contained a nostalgic finality about it. During mid-winter, the Senior Prom, ApriI Memories, was so far away and approached so slowly, then suddenly it too was over. The class day dinner, alumni night, graduation--and twelve long years suddenly ended. The success of the senior class has hinged on many people, but foremost among them is Mrs, Sara Brown. I speak for each senior when I express my most sincere thanks. I wish each and every senior the best of luck and success, May Cod bless you. Sincerely you rs, DORIS FOSTER, President
