PEACE DEDICATION When the lights came on again all over the world, and the tloodlights once more streamed over the statue of liberty in New York harbor, they symbolized the light that is coming to the world, the light of wise understanding that means Tk the dawn of everlasting peace. Hardly realizing, themselves, the greatness of their deed, hundreds of Westerners offered freely what they had of youth and life to bring i this light to a darkened world.
