Tall Flags started off the year by performing at the football games along with the rest of the enter- tainment unit, There were 24 active members dur- ing the field season and the weekend competi- tions. By the time second semester rolled in, the number was reduced to 17 members. The team won Sweepstakes in all field categories except the Tournament of Champions, in which they placed first. 'lWe've had a successful season. l'm so proud to have finished the field season on top. We're just rad! replied senior co-captain Nancy Kan, And thanks to everyone's dedication, we've managed to pull it through. Tall Flags also demonstrated their twirling abili- ties at the Rolling Hills basketball game, In Novem- ber, the crowd at the PTA Convention adored the show that they put on.
