MR. GRAHAM MR. RICHARDSON ' ' adlackze .4 It has been difficult for some to appreciate the fact that Bremerton High School, as such, will cease to be in the fall of T956 and that in its place will be West High School and East High School. The two schools will offer opportunities in sports, forensics, music, and student leadership to many more than is possible in one school. We in West High School look forward to a great relationship with our sister school, East High School. This will be true certainly in athletics, in exchange assemblies, and in many other activities our two schools will sponsor. With faculty and student leadership that is now assured, the East High School's morale will be high. ln my estimation, students and patrons at the new school are very fortunate in having such men as Mr. Scheyer and Mr. Guerin to direct their activities. They can be assured of cooperation from West High School. -Fred Graham, Principal It has been a genuine source of pride to me to be associated with Bremerton High School. The faculty has shown an interest in educating young people. Student body officers and members have given all the cooperation anyone could expect. Regardless of the unpleasant nature of part of my work, I have formed many friendships which are highly prized. The thought that Bremerton High School now becomes a part of local history brings a feeling of nostalgia. On the other hand, the thought of two high schools in Bremerton-East and West-is exciting. A lot of work and planning on the part of administration, faculty and student leaders went into the organization of these new four-year schools. The results of these efforts will soon become a reality. Next year, instead of hav- ing one of the finest schools in the state, Bremerton will have two of the finest schools. -Norman Richardson, Vice Principal MISS KERN MR. GUERIN MRS. LARKIN CES? Q'
