Alan Kafka, Steve Bloom, Ken Abbey First Row: Marty Grey, Fred Pilitz, Barry Horowitz, Peter Viconti, Ed Anderson FRESHMEN BASKETBALL: Mr. McDonald,s Frosh squad which was handicapped by a lack of height turned out a promising 5 and 3 record. Bruce Adee, Gary Mesibov, and Harry Koenig each had excellent averages. JUNIOR VARSITY BASKET- BALL: The J.V. team under the coaching of Mr. Raymond Stauder turned in a fine 9 and 5 performance. The team was sparked by Steve Bloom, who was high man with a 15 point average. Barry Horowitz and Fred Pilitz, two outside men, helped the team by their shooting and playing ability. Ed Rothwell, and Ken Abbey were the big men under the boards.
