biz? As time goes on, and the school grows in activity, In prestige and in tradition, We feel a growing sense of pride In West Hempstead, our alma mater. Our athletic teams, hardly the best In the beginning, now have emerged as Champions. A Student Council, giving us a voice In our own government has given us Memorable events-like the Sock Hop And the traditional holiday season Snow Ball. Events and activities now crowd our days- Events like Senior-Frosh Day-where dolls and various colored lollypops Made even the hardiest Senior's stomach Turn just a little. Student Faculty Night brings to mind The valiant effort of teachers In the attempt to beat a top-notch varsity team. Cheerleaders, Ramettes and Rumettes All added to the fun- Where Comedy was the keyword.
