EDITCRIAL A hush comes over the waiting crowd. The announcer stands ready, script in hand. At last, the red light flashes and the thought runs through the crowd, UVVC,1'C on the air l However, this is a sad occasion, for this is our last Big Broadcast. During the past four years we have presented a pro- gram showing touches of human life and real drama. VVe have progressed greatly towards our life ambitions and are now eager to seek an audition at the station SUCCESS. Somehow, we know that our leading performers will become stars over that network and will be famous throughout the world. Others, who may not become famous, will nevertheless gain positions at the controls and become indispensable members of the station staff. We hope they will ever have a smooth reception, with nothing to interfere. The time draws near, but, before we go, we wish to thank our sponsors and executives for their help in making our pro- gram as pleasant as possible.
