X ,I x ' LOOKING BACK On September 10, 1958, twenty-three scared little Fresh men cautiously entered the doors of West Grand High. We started out with Mr. Scholl as our class sponsor, and elected officers with Bob Browning as our president. On September 21, the Sophomores had the honor of ini- tiating us. We were dressed like babies with pigtails, curls, diapers, onions hanging arolmd our necks, Qwhich made the other students sickj and we sucked our thumbs, and carried baby bottles around. One teacher said he hadn't known we, had so many Freshman beauties l When Homecoming came around we chose Dorlyne Fry as our candidate for queen and all had fun working on our float for which we won second prize Later on in the year we chose Bob Browning for our can didate for football kmg booking back as our Freshman year rolled by We wish to say thanks O West Grand High Innocent, huh?
