ROW TWO: Mr. Vitkay, Charles Flick, Frank Williams, William Benton, James Kile, Jerry Risch, Donald Ray, vester Travis, William Reed, William Bono. Our baseball season was different in several respects than previous ones. It was one in which three games were started and not completed because of rain. By the time our sectional games were about played, the winner of the other section had completed their schedule and had been idle for at least three weeks. Because of these difficulties, there was no play for championship of the league. Our season was also different in that it marked the first time we lost a game in six years. Karns City was able to beat us after two previous attempts to play the game, one of which we had a commanding lead.
