SOPI-IGMURES Driving Ambition by Terri Hodges Getting a drivers' license is probably one of the most excit- ing times in a teenager's life. When asked about having a license as a sophomore, Ka- trina Boston replied I think it's great! Now I can go any- where without having to wait until it's convenient for my parents. 99 says, I already have a job and my money will go toward gas and insurance if I get a car. Some sophomores can't wait to get their license and a car, but parents aren't too happy with the thought. Although many think having their license and a car is all thrills, it's not. It is really a big step toward responsibility.
