Class Hnstory As the school year ot l953 D4 araws to a close, we realnze for the tnrst fume that the chapter dealmg wlth our education at Farmnngton Hugh ns lust about fTnnshed It seems lake only yesterday, that nn the year of l94l the schoolbells beckoned to us Of the nlne In our graduatlng class, sux of us started an the first grade They were Ann Gates, Nancy Hall, Jean Shepherd, Sandra Hayes, Juanita Hurd, and Bull Woodford Our first grade teachers were Mlss Harmen and Mrs Stoll ln the second grade we had Mrs Hosmer ln the thlrd and fourth grade Mrs Sloan was our teacher, and oh, how she made us toe the llne ln the fourth grade our lolly frlend Frank Magyar Iouneo our group Fromthere we went on to the Hfth grade where Joyce Mclntosh came unto our class ln the fnfth and snxth grade we had Mrs Nelson as a teacher When we were ln the suxth grade our class took a trap to the Natlon s Capntcl, wherefwe had a very Interesting trap From the slxth grade we took the bug step, we were grown up, we were now nn Junior Hugh School ln the seventh grade we were lolned by Donna Longley Our home room teacher was Mr Elwell In the enghth grade Mrs Babulca was our homeroom teacher We lnked her so much we have kept her through the rest of our hugh school days ln our lunlor year we presented a three act play called Junior Prom ln our senior year we presented a three act mystery entutled, The Foolproof Murder As we pass from school lufe to clvuc lnfe, we want to wish all future semq-5 the wonderful and lnterestnng experuences as we have shared The Sensors I 1 - - o u - Q n .
