OVERSEERS I .. H1 I M . CLARENCE T. NORRIS, B.A., M.Ecl. Culmerville Superintendent Mr. Norris, our superintendent, has been at the head of the West Deer Schools the past five years. Previous to this Mr. Norris taught in both our high school and grade schools. Our superintendent received his B.A. degree at Pennsylvania State College and his lVI.Ed. at the University of Pittsburgh. WILLIAM E. BURNS, B.A., M.Ed. Deer Creek High School Principal Mr. Burns, who was formerly on the faculty of Redstone High, came to West Deer where he has been our principal for the past eight years. He has helped us along over many rough spots and has been a constant help throughout our four years here at West Deer. Mr. Burns attended Duquesne University where he received his B.A. degree. Ir was at the University of Pittsburgh where he completed his degree of M.Ed. 7
