Marjie Dragus :bin Police and julie McNabb at lunch their freshman year. l97-4-7 .lust More Year Ile Lx New if .f Freshman Class Council The year was 1974, and a group of Beings known as the new freshmen class came to the dark halls of West Covina High School. With janet Mansfield as President, they raised money with events such as the usual Car Washes and bake sales. Thoughthey weren't the most successful class in history theylearned to work together as a Class and are on their way. 1973-74 ave Times Changed ? Jill johannsen was class President, Patty Del Fante was Vice President and Kim Miller was Secretary. Ricky Brice and Malinda Knutson were Mr. S Miss Hello. Carrie Rizzio was Spartan Belle.
